We have a critical budget meeting every Wednesday. During this meeting, we decide whether or not we have the resources to stay our current course, increase our budget, or if we have to pare down our operation.

I’m proud to say that each week, we have been able to meet our budget goals. But before our meeting today, I want to be able to tell the team that we have the resources to expand our efforts.

We’re also facing an important upcoming deadline: the final quarterly FEC deadline of the campaign. After the clock strikes midnight on September 30th, both our campaign and Pete Stauber’s will have to submit reports to the FEC – where our fundraising numbers will be public knowledge.

While Pete Stauber has outraised us, we have been picking up the pace in an exciting way. And down the final stretch, your investment in our campaign will mean so much more.
