Mail-in ballots are now being sent to voters all over Maryland.
* Neil is up two points in the latest independent polling.
* Fox News named ours one of the five races that will decide control of Congress.
* The NRCC just named Neil Parrott to their "Young Gun" program which will get us more resources as we move toward Election Day.
* We have the momentum.

Predictably, April Delaney is attacking Neil with smears, lies, and over-the-top rhetoric. The desperation is obvious. Her out-of-state, progressive, mega-donors are pouring in the cash to get her advertisements everywhere.
