Team — Last weekend, Trump’s campaign held a rally for women, and it was headlined by none other than Elise Stefanik.

Donald Trump has repeatedly stated that his administration would be “great for women,” and Elise Stefanik backs him up.

This couldn’t be further from the truth. The claim that Trump is the right candidate for women is frankly insulting to the millions of women whose freedoms were dramatically altered during the Trump administration.

As president, Trump appointed judges who ripped away reproductive rights from millions of women. He wants to control women’s bodies and personal decisions, from access to basic reproductive health care to making decisions about having a family.

The Trump-Vance agenda poses an unprecedented threat to the rights of women across this country — and it’s shameful that Rep. Elise Stefanik stands firmly by Trump.
