When the Trump Administration tried to change federal rules to allow virtually any employer to deny access to contraception coverage, Josh fought back.
He won in federal court THREE times -- and for more than two years, his efforts have protected access to no-cost contraception for women across our country. Now, on May 6, Josh is taking the argument in front of the U.S. Supreme Court.

Josh knows women deserve and depend on Title X clinics for essential healthcare services like preventive care and cancer screenings -- that’s why he sued when the Trump administration tried to put a gag rule on Title X funding. He’s fought to protect access to safe and legal abortion. He’s taken action to prevent campus sexual assault.
Time and time again, Josh has defended women’s rights. And we want to have his back and stand with him, just like he’s stood with us.
