This morning, we officially launched the DASS Legal Fund in anticipation of a deluge of post-election lawsuits in critical swing states that will likely decide the outcome of the 2024 presidential election.

It’s impossible to understate how important November 5th will be for the future of our country. But what’s often under-reported is that we expect Republicans to flood the courts with frivolous lawsuits if things don’t go their way.

This was front and center in 2020 when Donald Trump pushed to overturn the election. In total, Trump and his surrogates filed 62 lawsuits contesting election processes, vote counting, and the vote certification process in nine states.

Winning elections at the ballot box is our first priority. But we need to be ready for what happens on November 6th and beyond.

That’s why we’re building a non-negotiable $5 million dollar fund to combat challenges in Maine, Michigan, North Carolina and Nevada – and we need your support to get this project fully funded.
