We know at this time of year you're recieving lots of emails and text messages from candidates and elected officials... so our team wanted to share three reasons to contribute to Governor McKee's campaign before our big end-of-quarter deadline on September 30th:

1. Governor McKee is committed to leading the nation on renewable energy. Governor McKee, Governor Healey, and the White House recently announced the largest offshore wind selection in New England history. Because of this collaboration, offshore wind will power over 125,000 homes across Rhode Island and advance the governor's commitment to a 100% renewable energy standard by 2033.

2. Governor McKee is making Rhode Island more affordable for our families. Last month, the governor signed a package of legislation to cut red tape, spur development, and tackle the state's housing crisis. This issue is critical to the governor because he understands that affordable, quality housing leads to better health outcomes, better grades in school, and good-paying jobs.

3. Governor McKee prioritizes Rhode Island's small businesses. The governor understands that small businesses are the lifeblood of our communities and the backbone of the state's economy. That's why he has announced the Washington Bridge Small Business Grant Program to offer grants to support small businesses who were impacted by the temporary closure and reconstruction of the Washington Bridge.
