	1—5 HOURS Assist Borrowers with Student Debt Relief Civic Nation Civic Nation is hosting a series of virtual workshops to equip folks with up-to-date information and personalized assistance needed to make informed decisions about their student loans in response to the ongoing SAVE litigation and administrative forbearances. After training, volunteers will offer their availability for scheduled 1:1 virtual borrower support. This is a remote project, and lawyers may be barred in any state.
	1—5 HOURS Advice on Legal Liability Friendship Ambulance Auxiliary Foundation Friendship Ambulance Auxiliary Foundation supports public health projects in Friendship, ME. They would like to talk to a lawyer about what steps they can take to minimize their exposure and liability. Business law expertise is required. This is a remote project, and lawyers may be barred in any state.
	6—10 HOURS Draft a Contract for this Rare Disease Org to Collaborate Internationally Mission: Cure Mission: Cure drives innovative research to cure rare disease and improve patients' lives. They are looking for a volunteer to draft a contract to partner with nonprofits in different countries who may be interested in using their resources and materials. This is a remote project, and lawyers may be barred in any state.
	1—5 HOURS Review Tax Filing & Governing Documents for Budding NGO CARES.green The mission of CARES.green is to expand access to sustainable, community-based residential programs for individuals with mental illness. They need a lawyer to review bylaws, policies and procedures, organizational structure, and tax status. This is a remote project, and lawyers may be barred in any state.
