What are the differences between me and my opponent, John?
Well, I'm a Democrat and he's a Republican. I'm fighting for hard working Iowans and he wants to implement "strong conservative values." But, what I think voters are the most interested in is our stance on personal freedoms and reproductive rights.
Just this month, Iowa Right to Life, an extremist anti-choice organization, released the questionnaire that my opponent filled out and one answer stood out to me. They asked him, under what circumstances should abortion be legal in Iowa — or, in other words, what exceptions should be made to Iowa's abortion ban? His response is telling:
"No exceptions"
He didn't even give the courtesy of punctuation, that's how much he cares about a woman's right to choose and all of our personal freedoms.
