TDI adopts new and amended sections to implement HB 998 (FAIR Plan property owners' association insurance)

The Texas Department of Insurance has adopted new §§5.9930 - 5.9933 and amendments to 28 TAC §§5.9910, 5.9911, and 5.9913 - 5.9917. The new and amended sections implement House Bill 998 (88R, 2023). The bill allows the FAIR Plan Association to provide property owners' association insurance in a designated area.
