Hi John —
This is Eve, Adam’s wife (yes, I know, Adam and Eve…). I hope you and your
family are doing well.

As we’re in the full swing of election season, I have been spending a lot
of time with Adam on the campaign trail, traveling up and down the Golden
State.

Getting to meet so many incredible people across California has been an
honor. This is Adam’s first statewide race, and he’s meeting so many new
voters for the very first time.

As always, when Adam meets people on the campaign trail, he asks, “How can
I help? What can I do to make a difference for your family?” He really
listens and cares deeply — even if it makes us terribly late for our next
meeting or dinner event.

Hearing Californians’ stories, learning the challenges people are facing,
and working to find solutions to ease people’s burdens is what drives Adam
in his work. It’s what motivated him to run for office in the first place
(and reminder, he lost the first two times he ran for office), and it’s
what motivates him today.

That’s the Adam I know and love. And the Adam I’ve been so happy to share
with his constituents all these years.

is always up late and up early reading up on the issues, making calls,
meeting with constituents, and traveling back and forth across our state
and back to Washington, DC.
