As you know, the stakes in this election are higher than ever. A new poll found that Nick Begich III has surged ahead in the race against Mary Peltola, leading now by four points. Though in late August, Begich trailed Peltola, in a new poll released by 538, Begich now leads 44% to Peltola’s 40% of the vote. The consolidation of Republican support poses a significant challenge. Begich is backed by extremists who have proposed cutting Social Security and Medicaid and raising the retirement age. He has even called Social Security a “Ponzi scheme.” |
Mary Peltola is the representative we need in Congress. Unlike Begich, who spent years working for a business that scammed people by selling phony medical devices, Mary prioritizes the well-being of her constituents.
Mary remains extremely popular—consistently recognized as the most beloved politician in Alaska. This is our opportunity to turn that popularity into victory by targeting undecided voters.
