As you know, FPC is at a CRITICAL juncture in cases like Garland v. VanDerStok (“Frame or Receiver” rule challenge). And the clock is ticking…

Indeed, oral arguments at SCOTUS are set for October 8th. And that means we have mere WEEKS to prepare for this massively important court date.

What’s more, the ATF is punching back, and has appealed a recent FPC win in our Pistol Brace lawsuit. Which means the stakes have never been higher.

That’s why we set an Action Goal of $75,000 to be raised by the end of the month. And we’re asking YOU to help us meet it!

• Filed a petition with SCOTUS asking them to “establish that an infringement of Second Amendment protected rights for any period of time is necessarily irreparable injury”
• Announced that the Ninth Circuit dealt a blow to California’s firearm carry ban
• Announced the filing of an opening brief in an FPC-backed lawsuit challenging a Michigan public school’s ban on gun-related speech
• And more
