After a year of decimating Gaza with bombs and violence, displacing millions of people, cutting off food and medical supplies, and killing or injuring hundreds of thousands of innocent Palestinians with ZERO accountability from the United States, the Israeli military has escalated its occupation in the West Bank and is now aggressively attacking Lebanon.

Hundreds of people have been killed with thousands wounded by Israel’s pager attacks and indiscriminate airstrikes across Lebanon, as Netanyahu’s administration pushes the same propaganda they did when they carpet bombed Gaza. They’re using the same playbook, telling civilians to evacuate while bombing their homes, hospitals, schools, places of worship, and more.

The U.S. government isn’t just standing by and letting it happen, it’s actively empowering the Israeli military: the Biden Administration has continued to send billions of dollars worth of weapons to Israel and just announced it’s sending more troops to the Middle East.

Meanwhile, the U.S. Embassy in Beirut is urging American citizens to evacuate Lebanon. As Justice Democrats Rep. Rashida Tlaib pointed out, wouldn’t it be easier to stop sending weapons and bombs to Israel to use against our own citizens and innocent civilians in Lebanon?

We're on the brink of a full-on regional war in the Middle East because for decades—let alone the last year—we have armed Israel with the weapons to commit genocide with impunity in Palestine.
