During the coronavirus pandemic other (sometimes catastrophic) events are happening around the world, especially in the Middle East. COVID-19 pushes those stories into oblivion. Non-Governmental Organizations are holding Zoom or YouTube panel discussions, but their thought-provoking words aren’t necessarily reaching news consumers. Washington Report correspondents are listening in, researching and writing up articles. We’re continuing our mission to inform readers about the stories that never find their way into mainstream media. We provide a searchable record for all our readers, including journalists, researchers, lawmakers and educators.
