Dear New Yorkers,
Like I always say, we can’t manage what we can’t measure. And as you may already know, here at the Comptroller’s office we love a good dashboard.
That’s why I’m excited to announce a new online transparency tool [[link removed]] that shows how well City agencies are delivering services to New Yorkers.
Using data from the Mayor’s Management Report and other City agency open data sources, this interactive dashboard [[link removed]] shows whether agencies’ performance is improving, declining, or staying steady.

Take your time toggling around and viewing the data by agency [[link removed]] . I love how it provides a snapshot of how well City agencies are – or are not – meeting their goals.

John, it’s the responsibility of the Comptroller to hold City agencies accountable. This new tool helps us do just that.
From transparency tools like this dashboard, to my 4-point plan root out corruption [[link removed]] in City procurement, I’m doing everything I can to achieve a more honest, better-run City government.
Thanks,
Brad
