Hello California Young Democrats,

CYD finalized the results ([link removed]) of the recent internet vote, and the CYD Statewide Leadership Committee voted to ratify positions on numerous ballot propositions and dozens of additional endorsements for great young Democrats ([link removed]) running for local offices all across California! Check-out all of CYD’s endorsements for the November 2024 General election ([link removed]) ballot and share with your family, friends and fellow Californians!

Speaking of great CYD-endorsed candidates, this weekend, on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at 10:30 AM, I will join Young Democrats from across the state to precinct walk for Adam Gray for Congress and Esmeralda Soria for Assembly in Merced (541 W. Main St., Merced, CA). Make plans and RSVP now to join us this Saturday ([link removed]) in Merced.

Please join us ([link removed]) to help elect Adam Gray, who is one of the top priorities to flip the U.S. House of Representatives and elect a Democratic Speaker of the House, and to re-elect Assemblymember Soria who CYD recently recognized as a California Young Democrats Legislative Champion!

NOTICE: CYD WILL CONDUCT INTERNET VOTE ON ENDORSEMENTS!

CYD will be considering additional endorsements for young Democrats running for local offices during this upcoming General election. CYD’s Political Affairs Committee will convene and send endorsement recommendations for the CYD State Leadership Committee to vote on via internet ballot. Additionally, CYD Regional Directors will provide recommendations for local candidates. Find your Regional Director here ([link removed]) . An internet ballot will be available to voting members from September 30, 2024, until October 7, 2024, at 11:59 p.m.
