Legal Update: Schoenthal v. Raoul
We recently won a victory against Illinois’ ban on carrying firearms on public transportation, but the ruling only applies to the plaintiffs. The state is appealing, and the law is still in effect for the rest of us. With 647 violent attacks on Chicago Transit Authority property this year alone, the right to self-defense is more important than ever.

Legal Update: Harrel v. Raoul
Last week, we went to court to challenge the Illinois “assault weapon” and magazine ban. This case is monumental, and no matter the ruling, it will be appealed—first to the Seventh Circuit, and ultimately to the U.S. Supreme Court. We’re prepared for a long battle, but we can’t do it without your help.
