Happy September! Fall is here, and our election actions are in full swing. We've been out canvassing, making calls for candidates, and texting voters every day! This Latine/Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15 - October 15), we're taking some time to reflect on the important contributions of the Latine community in this movement and celebrating the work of organizations like The National Latina Institute for Reproductive Justice.

The National Latina Institute for Reproductive Justice fights for equal access to reproductive health for Latine communities. Reproductive Freedom for All is partnering with them on social media and uplifting their work all month long. We've only just begun to hear about the consequences since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. The preventable deaths of Amber Nicole Thurman and Candi Miller in Georgia shed light on the dark truth we've always known: there is no such thing as a moderate abortion ban and attacks on reproductive freedom are immoral. 

Taking pain and transforming it into power through action is how we will win. It's okay to hold space for what you're feeling. Remember what's at stake—for you, your families, and the people you love. We have a little more than 40 days to dig deep and get out the vote for the reproductive freedom we deserve. Every week, we're putting out new actions in our Turn Out Tuesday Toolkit. They are easy to do in just a few minutes. Can we count on you to take action today?
