Dear John, The news is horrifying. Conflict continues to rage in the Middle East with no end in sight. Thousands have lost their lives and many more have been displaced. As my heart breaks hearing news reports come out of the Middle East, we cannot stand idle. Unto is working with local partners in the area to determine how to best serve the innocent victims of this conflict. Our trusted partners have a longstanding history and understanding of the region’s complexities and will proceed with wisdom and caution. Please pray for God’s comfort to surround the brokenhearted. Please pray for the Lord’s discernment to be with our local partners. Currently our staff are safe, but pray for their continuing safety. They’re still actively seeking out ways to relieve suffering and share gospel hope. Join us as we work alongside our local partners as they respond to this crisis.
