John,

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week!

Montana's teachers have always gone above and beyond for our children - from supervising after-school programs to tailoring curriculum to fit the needs of each student. When faced with statewide school closures due to the coronavirus, they stepped up without hesitation. Teachers immediately organized food drives, set up daycare centers, and moved lessons online.

They work hard every day to ensure our children are prepared for success, and this week we get to celebrate each of them in a big way.
There are so many great ways you can thank the teachers in your life for the work they do, even if you can't thank them in person.
1. Post a picture or video thanking your teachers to social media using #TeacherAppreciationMT
2. Print our template ([link removed]) , fill it out, and then post a picture of it with your student using #TeacherAppreciationMT
3. Try our new Facebook profile picture frame ([link removed])
4. Sign our petition ([link removed]) to increase teacher pay
5. Follow our campaign on Facebook ([link removed]) to see how we're celebrating Montana's extraordinary teachers all week

I'm excited to see how you're celebrating the teachers in your life this week!
