We will not, as we back Trump, shy away from being critical where it’s needed. Whether on policy, strategy, personnel, or character, we will continue to be a voice for what is true and what is right. Frontline Policy Action does not exist to support a particular candidate or to tickle the ears of partisans. We exist to provide our neighbor with public policy and leadership that will benefit them and their family.

And, that is what makes Kamala Harris an unacceptable option for the Christian.

Whereas Donald Trump is, wrongly, running as a practical pro-choice candidate, Kamala Harris is running, wickedly, as a radical pro-abortion candidate. If elected, she would undermine the norms of the Supreme Court, enshrine the “right” to abortion across the country, and oversee a catastrophic loss of life.

She and her running mate are proponents of gender ideology – wanting it taught in our elementary classrooms, offering taxpayer-funded “reassignment” surgeries for inmates, peddling tampons in boys bathrooms, and robbing our daughters of their right to privacy in their bathrooms and their right to fair competition on the sports fields.

Under Kamala Harris, there will continue to be a systematic erasure of our border, an unwillingness to follow the law, and an intentional strategy to undermine national values. Evildoers at home and abroad will go unpunished, and our laws, military, and standing in the world will go unprotected.

For those aspiring to live the American Dream, Kamala Harris, the self-professed candidate of “joy,” offers only a stern “no.” “No” to school choice and education freedom. “No” to reforming higher education so that cost goes down and quality goes up. “No” to policies that lower costs and provide good jobs. “No” to lower taxes. And, “no” to sustainable policies that will reduce interest rates, make buying a home affordable, and make America a solvent nation again.

We cannot claim to love our neighbor and then cast our vote for Kamala Harris – she will bring them, and us, immense harm.

Now, let me say this: virtually every organization in our space will offer a flippant version of “Donald Trump isn’t perfect.” I find that to be overly dismissive of very real and very serious flaws. As we lead a movement into the future, I believe we have a moral imperative to do better than Donald Trump for the sake of your children, my children, and the future of this nation.

Yet, this November, there is no better option. On one hand, you have a candidate that, for the most part, governed well as President and at least offers a pause as America falls off a cliff into oblivion. On the other hand, you have a candidate pushing the most evil agenda we’ve ever seen and, unlike her predecessor, would not only work from 10am – 4pm to implement that wicked vision.

The choice before us is clear – the Trump-Vance ticket is the best option to preserve life, protect children, uphold the law, ensure opportunity, and restore America’s promise.

For some receiving this email, this choice is self-evident, easy, and one that you will execute with enthusiasm. You may have been on the “Trump Train” for a long time and are an eager MAGA supporter. I applaud your passion, but I encourage you to make the Scripture the standard by which you judge the former – and hopefully future – President. Do not simply support something he does or says simply because he does or says it. Urge him to uphold biblical values, speak truth in love, and walk humbly with God.

For others receiving this email, your vote is something you are agonizing over. You do not see a candidate that reflects your values on the ballot, and you mourn for the status of our country. I applaud your standards, but I warn you against moral equivalency. Yes, many ignore Trump’s flaws, but those real and significant issues are not “on par” with a regime that will result in the loss of life of millions of children, the castration and mutilation of others, the targeting of the faithful remnant, the denial of the American Dream, and the unwillingness to recognize good and evil. Trust a God who has a plan and was able to use Donald Trump before. Encourage his supporters to look to God, not a person, for their hope, steadfastly uphold the standard, yet deny the human instinct toward moral equivalency.

In closing, the oft-quoted 2 Chronicles 7:14 begins with the phrase “if my people…”

Revival starts with us. If we don’t like our choices, let’s build a better movement. If we feel the standard has been lowered, let’s raise our arms higher. If we feel like the Church is weak and unrecognizable, let’s spark a reformation. If we long for a better day for our nation, let’s act on it and LEAD the charge!

Our hope doesn’t come from a candidate. And, complaining never changed anything. Now is neither the time for offloading our aspirations onto another nor is it the time to despair. It is the time to press onward, to think bigger, look higher, and expect more. He has promised that, if His people live in such a way, He can heal our land. Live with, relish, and embrace the joy that comes with confidence in such a promise.
