Election day is June 23rd. There will be in person voting. But, you can request an absentee ballot. The 11th Congressional District covers part of Rutherford County and all of the following counties: Avery, Buncombe, Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Haywood, Henderson, Jackson, Macon, Madison, McDowell, Mitchell, Polk, Swain, Transylvania and Yancey.
