In just six days, we need to close the books on this quarter’s fundraising progress.

On one hand, this is like any other fundraising deadline we’ve been through together. Our leadership and finance teams dug into the progress we’re making against our 2024 goals and calculated what we need to raise in order to turnout enough votes to elect our pro-democracy leaders across the country.

And on the other hand, this is so, so different from our normal fundraising deadlines. Because this is the LAST EOQ before November’s election.

There are 170 Democracy Defenders who are counting on us to show up for them in this last sprint towards November. These types of races are often decided by just hundreds of votes, so every dollar towards voter education and turnout really makes a difference.

Our team has done the careful work of identifying the state-level races that are the most essential to protecting and strengthening democracy around the country.
