I want to pull back the curtain on why our upcoming deadline on September 30th, 2024 is so important.

September 30th is the *final* day we can fundraise toward our October Quarterly report with the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

In this report, we are required by federal law to report our fundraising numbers as well as our expenditures.

The *minute* that this report gets posted online by the FEC, Republican operatives will download the whole thing and begin looking for weaknesses that they can exploit. One of the biggest things they will look at is our fundraising over the quarter, and whether they see signs of Democratic momentum slowing down.

IF THEY SEE THAT, it is very likely they will rush dark money reinforcements to the tossup U.S. House districts in our state and try to take back the momentum.

As Finance Director, I’ve been poring over the numbers, and I am confident that if we can raise another $30,000 before September 30th, our report will be rock-solid and we’ll go into the last month before the election in a position of strength.

That’s why I am asking you, at this critical moment, to pitch in $35 or whatever you can to our final FEC End of Quarter Deadline Fund. This is our last End of Quarter deadline before the election, so there hasn’t been a more urgent time to support our tossup U.S. House candidates.
