Can you tell us what the problem is with this list?
They’ve all been outright BANNED by far-right extremists on school boards and library boards nationwide, ultimately violating our children’s right to read freely.
And these aren’t the only titles that have been pulled from shelves – in fact, there’s been more than 4,000 banned books since 2021, spelling a lot of trouble for our kids’ education. In fact, the American Library Association reported the highest volume of book bans in over 20 years, and states are on track to try to ban even more. So we need to know where you stand on these ridiculous attempts to meddle with our kids’ right to read.
