Multiple polls are showing Donald Trump and Kamala Harris running dead even in the state. There’s also a must-win Senate race here, with incumbent Sen. Jacky Rosen fighting to hold her seat against a MAGA extremist who pushed for opening Yucca Mountain for dumping nuclear waste. 

LCV Victory Fund is planning for 334,498 door knocks in Nevada. If we can turn out even a portion of the state’s environmental voters — with the race looking as close as it does right now, the actions we take could decide the outcome.

The outcomes of this election could impact our environment for YEARS. For example, Sen. Jacky Rosen’s opponent, Sam Brown, supports eliminating the Departments of Energy, Transportation and the environmental departments from the federal government and backs Trump’s extreme, pro-polluter MAGA agenda. But there’s a real risk that he could take the seat if the environmental movement doesn’t show up in a big way.

The truth is, right now Nevada is swinging towards Trump, and Harris’s recent narrow lead has all but disappeared. We can stop this battleground state from going for Trump — but we need your help to execute our plans.

The voters we reach in the next few weeks could decide control of the Senate and the White House. In past cycles, independent research verified that LCV Victory Fund’s field persuasion canvass and direct mail programs helped increase the margin of support for our endorsed candidates by an average of SEVEN percentage points.
