There’s a simple explanation for all the attacks I’m facing from the Kansas GOP and extremist super PACs.

I’m the only Democrat in Kansas representing our state in Congress. In fact, no Democrat other than me has won a federal race in Kansas in over a decade.

That’s one of the reasons the Kansas GOP is working so hard to defeat me — because I’m standing in the way of their extremist agenda.

And if we lose, I will be replaced in Congress by someone who champions that agenda — someone who wants to restrict abortion even further, someone who won’t stand up to attacks on our democracy, and someone who believes it’s OK to attack LGBTQ+ kids just to score political points.
