Breaking the Supermajorities to protect the Governor's veto and enact real change for Kansans has always been a long term goal of the Kansas Democrats, and we're closer than ever to achieving it:

In 2022, we won FIVE legislative races by just under 1,000 total votes.
In 2022, we also lost SIX legislative races by just over 1,000 total votes.

These margins are thin, John...thin enough to make a real difference in our legislature next year.

We only have to capture 5 more to break the supermajorities—and that's why we're calling on our grassroots supporters to help push us over the finish line.
