** Creativity Doesn’t Age: Combatting Job Search Age Bias After 50
------------------------------------------------------------

** Thursday, October 3
4 pm ET/3 pm CT/1 pm PT
------------------------------------------------------------

Ageism presents a significant challenge for job seekers over the age of 50. Employer stereotypes, a competitive job market and perceptions of being overqualified are significant challenges facing workers who need to pivot to a sustainable second act, encore career. Career Transition Coach John Tarnoff will offer specific strategies to help older workers overcome age bias in the job search process.

Participants will learn how to:
* Network effectively across generations
* Assess and update job search and technical skills
* Address potential biases in resumes and interviews
* Showcase the unique strengths and experience that older workers bring to the table
