Mainstage Session: What's Working
8:45 - 10:30 a.m. (ET)
Every morning, headlines read of more conflict and less cooperation. But in corners of the planet near and far, there’s a different story unfolding – a story of persistence, innovation, and partnership. A story of what is working. Featuring Matt Damon, Governor of Pennsylvania Josh Shapiro, Mayor of Oklahoma City David Holt, Wayuu Taya Foundation’s Patricia Velasquez, and more.

Leaders Stage: Future of Funding
11:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. (ET)

While philanthropy has endeavored to reach historically marginalized communities for generations, these efforts are less effective when donors chase headlines or demonstrate a lack of trust in their partners and grantees, or when attacks on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) result in restrictions on giving. This session will explore what’s working in philanthropy today to help direct resources toward historically marginalized communities and frontline organizations and create a pipeline for a more equitable and inclusive future of funding.

Leaders Stage: Combatting the U.S. Gun Violence Epidemic
1:30 - 2:45 p.m. (ET)

Every day in the United States, 327 people – including 23 children and teens – are shot with a firearm on average. Despite widespread consensus on the need for action to prevent gun violence, policy and social challenges have stood in the way of progress on this issue.

Leaders Stage: Address Access Disparities in Mental Health Care
3:00 PM - 4:15 PM (ET)

An estimated 1 billion people live with mental health, neurological, and substance use disorders globally, according to Boehringer Ingelheim – but 70 percent don’t have access to the care they need. Join Dr. Chelsea Clinton and others as we examine what’s working to increase access to care and educate communities on mental health.

Mainstage Session: Look Around
5:00 - 6:15 p.m. (ET)

While the work of advancing social impact can feel lonely, you don’t have to do it alone. Finding and forging value-aligned connections can help sustain and fuel us as we face even the most difficult challenges. Featuring First Lady Jill Biden, President of Brazil Lula da Silva, Nobel Peace Laureate Leymah Gbowee, and more.

These following sessions will be available as recordings after the meeting concludes. Subscribe to our YouTube Channel to be notified when the are ready!
