No one is above the law.

Friend,
I am unapologetically American and have a profound love and pride for our
Country. For more than two decades, I swore an oath as a Corpsman and SEAL
within the Navy to protect the United States of America from all enemies,
foreign and domestic.
This is why I am deeply disturbed by what I see happening in our country today
- the rapid deterioration of our hard-fought-for way of life and the
weaponization of our justice system against those who believe in law and order.
Mark my words: The United States of America will only survive if we unite as
Americans and root out the destructive and evil forces who want to destroy all
God has blessed us with.
The freedom we have been granted as Americans is unlike any place else in the
world. We still have economic and civil opportunities because of our liberty.
However, that freedom is not guaranteed.
If America continues to fall prey to abuse and we lose our liberties, I am
confident that no other country will take up the mantle of defending
inalienable rights for all people.
We have a severe problem when our rule of law is perverted to punish political
enemies. It’s happening in our courts. And it’s even happening within the
administrative state, colloquially known as the Deep State.
When I served to defend Americans’ lives in Afghanistan, Iraq, Africa, and
Yemen, I protected all Americans. Not just Americans, I agreed with politically.
Likewise, our justice system and our government agents must serve all
Americans without regard to their politics.
No one is above the law.
My dear friend Kash Patel created the Kash Foundation. Their mission is to
support educational and legal efforts to facilitate government transparency and
create a healthier relationship between the US federal government and American
citizens.
I am personally asking for you to support the Kash Foundation and help us
restore trust in our institutions by exposing bad actors. Can you donate $10,
$35, $50, $250, or any amount today? Click here to give >>

The Kash Foundation works in three main areas:
* Legal funds to support whistleblowers within the federal government and
media accountability efforts
* Education of the public in areas the mainstream media refuses to cover
* Veteran and law enforcement financial support
Through their program, they have helped FBI whistleblowers come forward to
expose corruption — such as Kyle Seraphin, Steve Friend, Garrett O’Boyle, and
Marcus Allen.
Recently, the Kash Foundation has reached a milestone of distributing half a
million dollars to scores of Americans needing assistance. Many of these grants
were given out to veterans.
Please join me in supporting Kash Foundation today. My goal is to help raise
$35,000 online in the next 48 hours. Chip in any amount you can generously
spare; even $10 goes a long way. Select an amount below to give:

It has been an honor to have been friends with Kash for over a decade now, and
I hope you can join me to serve their mission. Now more than ever, our nation
needs trust in its institutions, which will only happen by exposing and rooting
out bad actors.
Thank you,
