Friend: You and I both know that Rick Scott is a fraud. 

He calls himself a public servant, but he's shown us time and again that, in reality, he only serves himself. From pushing an extreme agenda that hurts working families, to writing the plan to end Social Security and Medicare, it's clear that Rick Scott has failed Floridians. And if that wasn't bad enough, he also oversaw the largest Medicare fraud scheme in U.S. history.

He may be running for Senate Majority Leader, but Rick Scott is not a real leader. And he doesn't deserve to represent Floridians in the Senate. Please, will you chip in $5 now to help me retire Rick Scott and (finally!) flip Florida blue?

In a race as close as this one, with so many important issues on the ballot that will directly impact the lives of Americans in Florida and across the country, Rick Scott still refuses to debate me. 

And I know it's because he's scared to discuss his poor track record. 

Unlike Rick Scott, I'm incredibly proud of the work that I've done to uplift and protect my community — and I'll never hide from my record.

While Rick Scott was lying, stealing, and scheming for his own personal gain, I was working to give back to this country and this state.

During my time in Congress, I wrote the bill to expand seniors’ Medicare Advantage coverage, worked with Republicans to provide economic relief to families and small businesses, secured $200 million for Everglades restoration, and fought tirelessly for common sense gun safety reforms.

That's what real leadership looks like, friend. It's investing in the communities you care about and expanding opportunities for the hardworking people who make this nation so great. 

I'm in the fight of my life to defeat Rick Scott and finally give Florida the leadership it deserves. But I can't do it alone.
