I’m taking a look at our campaign plan and fundraising for the fall before this afternoon’s Packers game. I wanted to send a quick note to check in – because ballots are already out in Wisconsin and with our final end-of-quarter fundraising deadline approaching fast, there’s never been a more critical time for our campaign.

Like you, I’ve been seeing political ads everywhere, and my opponent has poured hundreds of thousands of dollars into his campaign. Unfortunately, I don’t have the luxury of writing big checks to fund my campaign, so I rely on grassroots supporters like you to keep us competitive.

The reality is that we’re not quite on track with where we need to be in order to fund the ads and voter outreach our campaign needs to compete. This funding is essential to help us connect with voters across northeastern Wisconsin in the coming weeks.
