As the real climate criminals cash in, climate activists are threatened with jail sentences

Hello John,

It’s an all too familiar tale... we speak the truth about who the real climate criminals are but nothing happens. Instead the truth tellers risk facing jail.

It's not enough that the Global North is responsible for 92% of global emissions [1], that's why multinational petro-engineering company 'Worley' is happy to build the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) that'll sprawl across 900 miles of Tanzania and Uganda.

The Brentford company, in Middlesex, knows this will displace at least 100,000 people, destroy natural environments, cause spills, and murder anything in its way. But they don't care...

So last March, with their love and rage, four rebels disrupted business as usual. They demanded Worley to cut their ties to Fossil Fuels, and drop EACOP.

But you guessed it... it was the rebels who were arrested and accused of criminal damage.

A gruelling 18 months later, three of the Worley Four stand trial at Isleworth from 30 September. They also await knowing if it'll be a jury trial. Even being heard is in jeopardy.

Will you help to alleviate financial worries of those whose futures are in the hands of the courts?

Love and Rage,
