The following day, the Supreme Court will hear a challenge to the Trump-Pence administration’s rules that could allow virtually any employer to exempt itself from the Affordable Care Act’s requirement to cover birth control without out-of-pocket costs.
Physicians for Reproductive Health filed an amicus brief in this case alongside many of our partners making it clear that birth control is essential health care.
We hope you can virtually gather with us and fellow supporters across the country tomorrow to discuss the importance of birth control in people’s lives and the potential impact of this case.
