A Trump-appointed judge has just taken a dagger to an important environmental rule that aimed to cut methane emissions and conserve natural gas produced on federal lands.

Now this case could be heading to the Supreme Court, where we know the conservative majority that Trump built will be receptive to arguments made by Big Oil and Gas companies.

But thanks to a Trump-appointed judge, these companies will be allowed to pollute methane freely and put public safety at risk in at least 5 states and potentially all 50 if the Supreme Court strikes down this rule.
