Wesley Hunt here.
I want to ensure that the generous people supporting my reelection know why
I’m running.
I was born and raised in Houston, Texas.
After graduating from high school, I felt the call to serve our nation in the
military, like my father and sister before me, and I accepted an appointment to
theUnited States Military Academy at West Point.
My service included one combat deployment to Iraq and two to Saudi Arabia,
where I served as a Diplomatic Liaison Officer. While in Saudi Arabia, I
represented the U.S. government in missions involving the Royal Saudi Land
Forces Aviation Corps.
After completing my military service, I attended Cornell University, where I
earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), a Master of Public
Administration (M.P.A.), and a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations
(M.I.L.R.).
I never thought I would get involved in politics, but after seeing the
dysfunction and destruction wrought by liberal elites in the Democrat party, I
was once again called to serve our great nation, by running for the United
States Congress.
I knew that challenging the DC Washington elite wouldn’t be easy, but after
flying Apache helicopters over Iraq, I knew I was prepared to take on the tough
fights.
Join me in the fight to save the future of America. <> My Family is my number
one reason for serving Texans in Congress. Being a husband and a father has
taught me selflessness and dedication and has instilled in me a desire to
better our country for the next generation.

Now, here we are in one of the most consequential election years of our
lifetime. The majority we fought so hard for in 2022 hangs in the balance, and
conservative ideals are under fire every day.
Nothing is more worth fighting for than our great country and community here
at home.
