When Tim Kaine takes the stage to debate Hung Cao on October 2nd, I know he will demonstrate the leadership and optimism that has made him so effective in the Senate.

But I also know Virginia and National Republicans will use the moment to ramp up funding for his Trump-endorsed opponent, Hung Cao.
