Here's why your commitment is so important right now: State legislatures can play a key role in redistricting reform. Governors and state supreme courts can check out-of-control lawmakers when they attempt to ram through unfair or unconstitutional maps. And this is the first round of elections that could affect the outcome of the next redistricting cycle.
