We’re just 45 days out from the election, and Indiana’s First Congressional District is one of the Republicans’ top targets for this cycle. The far-right spent millions of outside dollars trying to flip this seat in 2022, and we need to be ready as we head into these final weeks.
I wanted to take a moment to remind you about why I’m proud to represent Northwest Indiana, and I hope you’ll read my note below, but if you’re ready to help protect one of the most vulnerable Democratic seats in Congress, can you chip in right away?

Growing up, I learned the value of hard work from my family, including my father, who was one of the longest-serving members of the Indiana state legislature. He has always been my model of the type of dedicated public servant I want to be.
I take my Northwest Indiana values seriously. I decided to run for Congress to fight for a growing economy and improve access to health care for working families. I wanted to bring my dedication to organized labor and advocate for our steel industry in Washington.
Now, I’m running for re-election to continue building on what we’ve accomplished. I’m proud to have brought hundreds of thousands of tax dollars back into the district to support our infrastructure.
The GOP establishment has put a target on this district to further its far-right agenda in Congress, but I know that when this incredible grassroots team works together, we can overcome any obstacle in our path.
John, I am fighting tirelessly to deliver for the working families of Northwest Indiana, but I need your help to protect this ultra-competitive seat. Is there anything you can pitch in today to keep us on track?
