At the virtual rally we will join together to deliver one loud message to Governor Cuomo and the DEC that we say NO to this dangerous and unnecessary project. We Need a Just Green Stimulus for New York
New York Renews, the coalition (350BK is a member) which led the passage of the landmark climate legislation, the CCLPA, is now calling for Governor Cuomo and the NY State legislature to pass a Just Green Stimulus for New York, and we join with them in this fight. As our state rebuilds from this terrible crisis, we need hundreds of thousands of good-paying, green jobs to create safe and healthy homes, build renewable infrastructure, and create community resiliency that simultaneously restarts our economy and tackles climate injustice.
