John,
Our case on behalf of Julie Jaman is officially moving forward.
You'll remember, Julie is the 82-year-old woman banned for life from her local YMCA for simply speaking up about a MAN in a women's bathing suit in the women's locker room.
John, my heart breaks for everything Julie has endured. She's been maligned by the liberal media and ruthlessly attacked by "Trans" blogs, labeled a "bigot" and a "transphobe."
In a moment, I'll let you know how you can help us get justice for Julie, but first, a quick reminder of the case…
The City of Port Townsend, Washington owns the recreational facilities operated by the local YMCA.
After her swim, Julie was showering in the women's locker room when she heard a man's voice. She peeked out and saw a man in a women's bathing suit watching two young girls undress.
Concerned for their safety, Julie asked him what he was doing in the women's locker room--just as any sane person would!
But instead of removing the man, YMCA staff reprimanded Julie and banned her for life.
John, it's not just absurd--it's sinister. This is the gender-madness the Left is forcing on society: boys in girls' sports, radical gender surgeries on children, and yes, men invading the private spaces reserved for women.
And if it can happen to an 82-year-old woman it could happen to any of us.
Wouldn't you say something if a grown man was ogling two half-dressed girls?
That's why the Center for American Liberty is fighting back--for Julie, for the truth, and for every American whose reputation is destroyed for speaking out.
But John, as Julie's case moves forward into the discovery phase, I must remind you that we rely entirely on your generosity.
Can I count on you to make an urgent donation today to help us get justice for Julie and continue fighting in critical cases like this?
I anticipate this next critical phase of Julie's case will cost upwards of $75,000.
Our attorneys will question officials at the City of Port Townsend and YMCA employees under oath.
Julie will be questioned under oath by the opposing attorneys.
There will be interrogatories taken and a mountain of documents--evidence--to review.
It will take months to get through discovery in a case like this. Then we will head to court for trial.
But to win a trial, it's critical we have the resources on hand to pay for the discovery phase now.
So please follow this link right now to make your best tax-deductible donation of $35 or more to help us fight for Julie and all our clients.
Thank you for standing with Julie and the Center for American Liberty.
