Filing to defund abortion at the Supreme Court, retailer punishing employee for attending church on Sundays, another innocent Christian sentenced to hang, Vice President Harris can't answer simple question . . .
ACLJ Newsletter – Life & Liberty Drive

John,

Planned Parenthood takes $1.9 million of taxpayer funding to abort over 1,000 innocent babies every day, and Kamala Harris wants to give them more.

It's sick. But now a groundbreaking case pending at the U.S. Supreme Court could determine whether states can defund abortion.

We JUST FILED a MAJOR brief at the Supreme Court that could devastate the abortion industry.

And we filed in a state Supreme Court case to defeat taxpayer funding of abortion.

Plus, we filed in our own Supreme Court case to overturn one of the worst abortion decisions left on the books.

But the reality is we're fighting the bottomless resources of Biden, Harris, and Planned Parenthood. Over 300,000 innocent babies are depending on us this year alone. And we need YOU.

Your Tax-Deductible gift is CRUCIAL to help us save babies and defeat Planned Parenthood. Donate TODAY.

Another retailer is making employees choose between keeping their jobs and going to church.

Our client works at a popular furniture store where she's been able to attend Sunday church services and still report to work on time.

But the store implemented a new policy requiring employees to report one hour earlier for mandatory meetings.

Our client requested an accommodation but was told no exceptions would be made and that she had to adhere to this new policy. She's since been written up at least twice for attending church.

We just sent a demand letter informing the employer of its obligation under federal law to reasonably accommodate the religious beliefs/practices of its employees.

We're prepared to take further legal action if our client is not quickly granted a reasonable accommodation.

Christian Ahsan Masih was tried for blasphemy in a Pakistani court and sentenced to death – despite no evidence against him.

Ahsan was arrested for allegedly sharing a "blasphemous" image online. Now he will hang because he's a Christian.

Our legal team in Pakistan is representing him and is ready to take his case all the way to Pakistan's Supreme Court.

He's running out of time. Take action with us.

Are you better off than you were four years ago? It seems like a simple question.

During last week's presidential debate, Vice President Kamala Harris couldn't give an answer.

ACLJ Senior Counsel for Global Affairs Mike Pompeo breaks down how the Vice President deflected any questions that might acknowledge her Administration's abysmal performance.
