VICTORY FOR THE US AND ISRAEL: A CRUSHING BLOW TO HEZBOLLAH

THE IDF SUCCESSFULLY THWARTED HEZBOLLAH'S CHILLING 10/7-STYLE PLOT,
WHICH AIMED TO UNLEASH A DEVASTATING INVASION AND MASSACRE IN NORTHERN
ISRAEL, ECHOING THE HORRORS OF THE OCTOBER 7 ATTACKS.

In a significant victory for both Israel and the United States, a top
Hezbollah commander, Ibrahim Aqil, has been killed in a targeted
airstrike. Aqil, who had a $7 million bounty placed on his head by the
United States, was a key architect in Hezbollah's plans to invade
northern Israel and carry out attacks against civilians, similar to
the brutal Hamas assault on October 7.

THE THREAT OF A NORTHERN INVASION THWARTED

Aqil, also known as Tahsin, was the head of Hezbollah's elite Radwan
Force. His death came as he and other senior Hezbollah leaders were in
the midst of planning a major attack on Israeli civilians, which
included the invasion and potential occupation of the Galilee region.
According to the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), Aqil's plans mirrored
the gruesome tactics used by Hamas, which included killing and taking
civilians hostage.

The IDF confirmed that the strike not only eliminated Aqil but also
took out several top commanders of Hezbollah's military operations,
dealing a serious blow to the terror group and its Iranian backers.
Aqil's death removes one of the key masterminds behind Hezbollah’s
strategy to destabilize northern Israel.

A U.S. VICTORY WITH HISTORIC SIGNIFICANCE

For the United States, this strike represents a long-awaited victory,
particularly for the families of those lost in the devastating 1983
bombings in Beirut. Aqil played a central role in the Islamic Jihad
Organization, which carried out the bombings of the U.S. Embassy and
Marine Barracks. The 1983 Marine Barracks attack killed 241 U.S.
Marines and sailors, making it one of the deadliest days in U.S.
Marine Corps history since World War II’s Battle of Iwo Jima.

ESCALATION OF THE CONFLICT WITH HEZBOLLAH

The IDF has launched an intensified campaign against Hezbollah in
southern Lebanon, targeting over 100 rocket launchers that were primed
for immediate attacks on Israeli territory. These rocket systems
contained approximately 1,000 launch barrels, and the strikes
destroyed key Hezbollah assets, including weapons depots and military
buildings.

These airstrikes came in response to an ongoing barrage of rocket fire
from Lebanon, which has heavily impacted northern Israeli communities.
In this most recent round of attacks, two IDF soldiers were killed,
and nine others were injured. The Israeli government has now fully
mobilized its defense forces for a potential all-out war with
Hezbollah, especially given the increasing danger posed to northern
communities. As many as 250,000 Israelis from northern regions have
been displaced due to Hezbollah's aggression.

THE IDF REMAINS RESOLUTE, WITH DEFENSE MINISTER YOAV GALLANT STATING,
“WE WILL CONTINUE OUR OPERATIONS IN LEBANON UNTIL THE PEOPLE OF
NORTHERN ISRAEL CAN RETURN SAFELY TO THEIR HOMES.”

This decisive action against Hezbollah is not only a military triumph
for Israel but a strategic success for the United States, dealing a
severe blow to one of the world's most dangerous terrorist
organizations. The removal of Ibrahim Aqil, a key figure in the
destabilization of the Middle East, represents a significant step
toward security in the region.
