EQUAL RIGHTS AMENDMENT UPDATE:

Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand presented her plan to make the Equal Rights Amendment the 28th Amendment to the Constitution!

That's right, John: We're making major strides on this front — but we're not done yet. 

Just three days ago, Senate Republicans blocked a bill to protect access to IVF — a key fertility treatment used by hundreds of thousands of people across our country.

As GOP extremists continue to target reproductive rights, we need to show them that Democrats aren't backing down when it comes to gender equality. And we're ready to stand behind Kirsten and support the ERA. 

That's why we're looking for 250 highly engaged Democrats from PA to add their names to our petition and tell Kirsten that they support the ERA. But right now, we're still falling short of our goal — and after pulling up your record, we noticed we're still missing yours!
