Katie Britt forces Democrats to vote against Kamala Harris’ false promises in
Senate showdown
<[link removed]>
U.S. Senator Katie Britt took to the floor of the Senate Wednesday with
Republican colleagues to clearly depict the hypocrisy of Democrats on a range
of policy issues, from securing the southern border and stopping illegal
immigration, to increasing domestic energy production and lowering costs for
Americans.
“Today, we’re giving Senate Democrats a very clear choice,” Britt said on the
Senate floor before trying to pass several bills by unanimous consent.
“Now watch what happens next very closely. Let’s see how they answer these
questions. Do they support building a border wall or will they block building a
border wall? Do they want to spend taxpayer funds on keeping Americans and
legal residents safe or do they want to keep those taxpayer funds funding
illegal border crossers.”

Tuberville, Britt target China’s attempted takeover of American farmland
<[link removed]>
Foreign investors from several of America’s global adversaries currently own
millions of acres of U.S. agricultural land, a number expected to rise.
In an effort to deter the expected projection from becoming reality, elected
officials from across the country have been searching for solutions and calling
attention to the issue.
Leading the fight against future agricultural expansion from foreign entities
are Senators Tommy Tuberville and Katie Britt. Both legislators, on Monday,
took part in introducing the Protecting American Agriculture from Foreign
Adversaries Act of 2024 which would permanently add the Secretary of
Agriculture to the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS)
and provide the Secretary authority to flag all U.S. farmland acquisitions by
foreign adversaries including China, North Korea, Russia, and Iran.

‘Choosing misinformation over fostering hope’: Senate Democrats block Katie
Britt’s IVF Protection Act for a second time
<[link removed]>
U.S. Senators Katie Britt and Ted Cruz today moved for immediate passage of
their IVF Protection Act first introduced in May.
After Senate Democrats blocked the legislation for a second time, Britt bashed
the group for “choosing to spread misinformation rather than fostering hope.”
The legislation being pushed by the two lawmakers would ensure that no state
bans access to in vitro fertilization (IVF) services. However, it does not
force any person or organization to provide IVF services, and it permits states
to implement health, and safety standards regarding the practice of IVF.
