Air toxics regulations rulemaking: zoom recording and informal comment period

The MPCA is planning to adopt new rules to implement and govern regulation of facilities that emit air toxics in Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, or Washington County. 

September 17 virtual webinar recording

The MPCA hosted an informational meeting via Zoom on Sept. 17 to provide an update on the draft rule structure and concepts. A recording is now available on the MPCA YouTube channel.

Informal comment period

We are seeking your feedback in this stage of the rulemaking process for air toxics regulations. An informal comment period is now open until 11:59 p.m. on October 18.
