Dear John,

For decades, anti-abortion politicians have used the Hyde Amendment to deny access to abortion. They have debated our right to live humanely. They have used their power against us. And they might think they've got us beat, but you and I know we'll never forfeit this game—not when our fundamental freedoms and bodies are on the line.

Next week kicks off our annual Abortion Justice Week of Action, and we're taking our fight to Capitol Hill and across the country to show strong support for the EACH Act and the Abortion Justice Act. That's our power—the people's power—and we need your support if we're going to make bold change.

2024 might be the most pivotal year for abortion access. This month marks three years since Texas' six-week abortion ban and this year marks two years post-Dobbs decision. And we're less than two months away from an election that promises to put our bodily autonomy on center stage.

It might not feel that way, but I know the balance of power lies with us… Within the millions of advocates across the country who are reimagining a future for all of us. A future that doesn't exist yet, but has the potential to be built. A future rooted in equity and justice. A future where we have autonomy and dignity over our own bodies.
