Trump's been going around telling tipped workers he's their best friend as if nobody remembers Trump's first term.

One Fair Wage's Saru Jayaraman testified in front of Congress to set the record straight, and left them a tip they couldn't ignore:

"The Trump Administration’s first act coming into office was to push to make tips the property of owners rather than workers, the most egregious thing any administration had ever done to tipped workers… The most precious thing tipped workers have is their tips!"
