After this week's news that highlighted the dangers of extremist politicians like Mark Robinson, candidate for NC Governor, we are reminded of how much is at stake in North Carolina. North Carolinians Against Gun Violence Action Fund has been hard at work ahead of the general election. Our volunteers have been busy participating in phone banks that reach across the state—we’ve made thousands of calls and talked with hundreds of voters over the last few months. And, we’ve added new staff to lead our ground game, helping us connect directly with members of communities in target districts.

We have a goal to knock on 3,000 doors by November 5th and will be hosting phone banks weekly until the election. Now, with just 46 days to go, there is no time to waste!
